How does the acceptance of the mandate work?
After contacting us we will assess whether we can generally handle your matter based on the information you provide. This may not be the case, for example, if there is a conflict of interest, meaning we have already advised the opposing party. If the result is positive, we will schedule an initial consultation with you to gain an overview of your matter and evaluate the prospects of your project.
How does the initial consultation work?
It is imperative that we have a clear understanding of your situation. Thererfore it is necessary for us to first get to know you in an initial consultation. During the initial consultation, Mrs Lawyer will thoroughly discuss the prospects of your case with you. Please submit all necessary documents scanned by email one day before the appointment. You will be informed of the required documents when you make contact.
What happens after the initial consultation?
If there are prospects of success in your case, we are happy to guide you through the process, representing your legal interests both outside of court and in court as needed.
How much does the initial consultation cost?
The initial consultation fee for private individuals is 190.00 € (plus 19% VAT if applicable). For companies, an honorarium is individually agreed upon based on the complexity and time involved. If you have legal protection insurance, please inform us before the consultation so that we can determine whether and to what extent your legal protection insurance covers the costs.
How much is the fee for the process?
At the end of the initial consultation, we will determine the costs for our legal services, as we cannot provide a flat rate for the incurred costs beforehand. The costs typically depend on various factors such as the subject matter, the number of clients and/or opponents, and the complexity. However, for standard procedures, we offer different service packages. We are happy to advise you in a personal meeting based on specific data about the expected costs.
